Lios has been named Innovator of the Year at The Advanced Materials Show 2026, recognising the innovation behind SoundBounce, our advanced acoustic material designed to tackle harmful noise pollution.

The Advanced Materials Show Scale-Up Accelerator
The award was presented as part of the show’s Scale-Up Accelerator, where our CTO and co-founder, Eimear O’Carroll, pitched SoundBounce to a panel of judges and industry experts during the two-day event in Birmingham.
The Advanced Materials Show brings together innovators, manufacturers, researchers and industry leaders from across the advanced materials sector, making it an ideal opportunity to showcase how SoundBounce is delivering a sustainable, high-performance alternative to traditional acoustic materials.

Lios at The Advanced Materials Show
Throughout the exhibition, we had the pleasure of meeting visitors from a wide range of industries. We were delighted by the level of interest in SoundBounce and grateful for the engaging conversations, insightful questions and new connections made over the two days.
As we prepare to deliver our first pilot products from the production line in Q4, we look forward to building on the momentum from the show and working with partners to create quieter, healthier environments.
